Dear Old Post Families,

Welcome to the Old Post Elementary School Parent Teacher Association. The PTA is a partnership between the families and staff at our great school and provides a number of enriching programs and support to the school, staff and students throughout the year. Please consider joining the Old Post PTA. Your membership provides support for PTA sponsored programs and events that benefit your student(s). These programs include Educational Enrichment, Classroom Support, Fun Family Social Events and LRC Books and Technology.You will receive free access to the Student Directory. We invite all parents, family members, grandparents, and teachers to become Old Post PTA members and are looking forward to a great year working together.

• Speak Up. PTA can be a way for you to more effectively suggest change at your child’s school.
  
• Witness Improvement. By getting involved at your child’s school you’ll be part of the solution, helping make positive changes. Local PTAs play an important role in fundraising to provide building improvements, curriculum-based programs, and social events.
  
• Be a Role Model. By becoming a PTA member, you’ll be demonstrating to your child the importance you place on education.
